One thing seems to lead to the next. 1 year ago if someone would've told me that I'd be racing mountain bikes, running adventure races, kiteboarding at a high level, or just even plain old running...I would have said they were crazy!
In this past year I started to really take my health serious by using supplements on a daily basis, and within a months time I started feeling more energy, more focused, and up to more challenges. Within 2 months I lost 10 lbs of fat, gained 10lbs of muscle and lost 3 inches in my waist! I continue to get leaner and leaner! I gave up smoking a cigar a day and drinking beer and wine daily. One positive decision naturally made it easier to make the next!
So, if you were like me.....someone that just made excuses of why i was getting fat...why it was ok to keep buying bigger pants...i want you to know that you too can totally transform your entire life within a matter of a month!
